Loimu supports you during the co-operation negotiations

During the coronavirus epidemic, co-operation negotiations on lay-offs or temporary lay-offs have increased. Collective bargaining must take place in companies with at least 20 regular employees. In the co-operation negotiations, the union is your support. You will receive information and personal support from Loimu in connection with the co-operation negotiations. Expert information on co-operation negotiations

  • The webinar on collective bargaining is aimed at those working in companies and elsewhere in the private sector. Webinar recording in Loimu’s member intranet (login required).
  • The webinar Termination of employment: termination and resignation deals with the lay-offs made by the employer on the basis of, among other things, production and economic grounds.   • The webinar Co-operation negotiations in staff reduction and lay-off situations can also be viewed in the member intranet (login required). The webinar is specifically intended to support the work of the shop stewards in the private sector.
