Adding a spark to positions of trust – an event for the people in trust positions at Loimu
We wish to help shop stewards, elected representatives and labour protection delegates to succeed in their important mission of supporting work community activity.
We are organising an emotional skills training session for our members in positions of trust on 1 December 2021 from 4 to 6 p.m. The online training session is in Finnish only.
Emotional skills are needed for settling different kinds of situations, resolving conflicts and building teamwork. The coach is Jarkko Rantanen from Emergy. Rantanen is a psychologist specialised in improving emotional skills in working life as well as a non-fiction author and a popular coach.
