Loimu’s 2026–2027 Salary Recommendations for Students
Loimu’s salary recommendations for students are based on salary data from our 2025 student survey. The recommendations apply to positions related to your field of study across different sectors.
Salary levels are also influenced by the demands of the role, regional differences, previous work experience, and any additional studies or specialized skills. The hourly rate can be calculated by dividing the recommended monthly salary by 150.
If there is a collective agreement or public sector agreement in the field that sets the pay for trainees or students, that agreement is applied.
Salary recommendation for recently graduated
The salary recommendation in 2026 for the recently graduated is EUR 3,950/month (EUR +50 compared to year 2025).
The salary recommendation is based on the salary information generated by our labour market survey, especially on the actual salaries in the private and public sector. The salary level in the university sector is not taken into account when forming the recommendation. There are differences between different fields and sectors, and you can always ask for more detailed recommendation.
