Our three-step CV training introduces the basics of a good CV through three steps, and the “Start to Finnish – Advance your Career in Finland” online training provides a deeper understanding of Finnish working life and its specific characteristics.

The themes of training

- step two: Visuality and focal points in a CV
- step three: Verbalising your work experience and skills in a CV
The training is especially well suited for situations where job searching experience is scarce or it has not resulted in anything. This training could also be beneficial if you are wondering how to improve your CV. You will get the most out of this training if you already have a draft of your CV. Completing the course will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Start to Finnish® – Advance Your Career in Finland
Start to Finnish® – Advance Your Career in Finland is an online training designed for international union members who want to deepen their understanding of Finnish working life, labour market practices and society. The training is particularly suitable for those who are working in Finland or planning to build a longer-term career here and wish to strengthen their knowledge independently, alongside work and everyday life.
The training structure consists of the following learning modules:

- When work ends -module
Training Duration & Structure
The training is fully online and self-paced. All training materials are available on an online learning platform, allowing you to progress at a pace that suits your own schedule. Completing the training in total requires approximately 20–25 hours, but you’re also welcome to join and learn only about the topics that interest you the most.
